During your tour, you’ll take a canoe ride into the rainforest to see the sloth’s natural habitat (provided river conditions allow). Your guide can explain how the sloth has adapted to life in the rainforest. This part of the tour also introduces you to colorful local birds.
This tour also takes visitors to the “slothpital” clinic and nursery. Here you’ll get a sense of what goes into rehabilitating sloths and caring for sloth babies. Although only sanctuary employees can touch the sloths, you’ll get an up-close look at daily life for the sloths and their caretakers.

This place seems to be run by some of the most dedicated professionals I've ever seen. It's wonderful what they're doing for these creatures. Must must must go for the insider tour. Just pretend they don't do anything else and do that. 100% worth it. The baby sloths especially are life changingly adorable. I Love Sloths!
