Mal Pais Canopy Tour takes you to explore the treetops just outside of the Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve. This mile (1.6 km) of zip line takes you to 11 different platforms stationed throughout the forest.

First, you’ll ascend to the zip lines, which are between 16 feet (5 m) to 98 feet (30 m) above the forest floor. Needless to say, the bird watching at this height is incredible. You’ll also see a huge variety of foliage — Cabo Blanco has around 150 species of tree. The tour lasts 2 exhilarating hours, and the zip lines take you to some particularly scenic spots. One 984-foot (300 m) ride takes you across a canyon, while the 1,640-foot (500 m) stretch lets you fly along next to a creek.
