Feedback from Travelers
Jose is the absolute best! His restaurant staff was also great and welcoming and it’s definitely the best hotel in the area. Jose helped with anything and everything we needed so definitely take your business there. He will take care of you better than anyone!
Problem: The rooms only had a single king bed, no sofabed, so our two adult children had to share a bed. The good stuff: The view from this hotel is amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is large, comfortable and clean. The coffee and coffeemaker in the room was nice to have. The just ok - the restaurant with the hotel is Italian themed. The food was fine, but I actually wanted fresh fruit and gallo pinto for breakfast but had to settle for granola and yogurt since I don't eat eggs, and pizza/pasta for other meals. Nothing bad about it, I just wanted a more typical Costa Rican option.
Beautiful place and excellent service
