Casa Pipilacha

Situated on a hill overlooking Tamarindo Bay in the Guanacaste region, Casa Pipilacha is a luxurious and uniquely designed vacation house. The panoramic view can be enjoyed from inside the two bedroom, two bathroom home or from the infinity pool that appears to taper off into the Pacific.

Abraham Valenzuela, one of the most highly regarded architects in Costa Rica , designed the Casa Pipilacha Moroccan style villa. The hilltop property is away from the bustle of town and serves as a quiet hideaway. Yet the beach in Tamarindo and all of the restaurants, shopping, art galleries, and nightlife options are within walking distance. You can see Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta from all areas of the house.

The back patio area is an ideal place to relax and appreciate the 180 degree view. The large infinity pool is set in front of the living room and the spacious roofed terrace. Two smaller sun terraces flank the pool.

The inside of the house includes a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen provides everything that an experienced cook would need. The length of the house opens to the outside terrace from sliding glass doors. Eat inside in the dining room or utilize the outside dining area with a gas BBQ.

There are two bedrooms in the house that also afford the stunning view. The master suite contains a king size bed. The other bedroom has a queen size bed.
