AvailableThis 3-hour tour takes you tubing down the bright blue waters of the Río Celeste. The river shifts from a tranquil flow to a quick-moving rapid.
As you float down the river, you’ll see an unusual landscape, which was formed in part by the Tenorio Volcano. Scientists believe that this river gets its unusual color from the sun shining on the algae that grows on the river rocks. On the banks of the river, you’ll see dense rainforest foliage populated by birds and monkeys.
Your tour concludes with a break for drinks and a snack. Afterward, a bus ride will return you to the spot where the tour began.
