The Baldi Resort and Spa is the newest addition to the sprawling Baldi Hot Spring facilities. The Baldi hotel and hot springs are located in the Arenal Volcano area about 5 km from the town of La Fortuna and 15 km from the Arenal Volcano National Park.

The Baldi Hotel and Resort is inside the Hot Spring area so guests can walk from there room right to the Hot Spring pools and gardens. The hotel is centrally located and all of the tour companies can pick up from the hotel. The Arenal area is full of activity options such as rafting, waterfall rappelling, canopy tours, nature tours and of course the Arenal Volcano National park where you can walk around the old lava flows and learn about the history of the Arenal area.
The rooms at the Baldi Hotel are finely furnished with orthopedic beds, quality wood furniture, mini bar and an outside sitting terrace. Some parts of the hotel are still under construction.

Baldi resort is excellent place ! We had a room with king bed and sofa bed. The sofa bed was already made up. Very spacious room and bathroom and great balcony to relax. One has to bear in mind that nothing is complimentary in the room. I have always had other hotels giving water and coffee as complimentary but in Baldi everything is paid. The hotel has excellent hot springs to enjoy. The breakfast buffet is very tasty and good. The restaurants are quite good. Many vegetarian options available. The staff is very friendly and we could use the facilities for long after we checked out also. Definitely recommend this place.
We stayed in one of the junior suites and it was amazing. One of the coolest and nicest rooms I've stayed in. This hotel was a real treat because the hot springs were right here easily accessible every night. The steam room was so cool. Large rock room with 20 ft ceilings and natural steam trapped in it. Very refreshing.
