Excellent experience at the hotel. Everything was meticulously maintained, from the walks through the amazing flowers in the garden to the pool and hot springs. Our room was amazing with a king size bed under a huge window looking out at the volcano. Towels were folded into swans the first day and different creations each day after. Breakfast was very good with a large variety and eggs to order and excellent service. This is truly a top notch hotel and I would return in a heartbeat.
