With Chef Scott Alan, you will learn all about the tropical recipes that Costa Rica is known for. He and his local chefs will help you prepare an amazing meal with the freshest ingredients. He will explain techniques of grilling, slicing and flavoring. He will even help you whip up those classic Caribbean cocktails.
Peeking through the windows of the kitchen you will see amazing views of the Arenal Volcano adding a great ambiance to the class. A few steps from the front door of the kitchen is the La Fortuna waterfall. The space is purely magical. The kitchen itself has restaurant quality utensils and cooktops.
Class is open to any level of chef, beginners to amazing home cooks can have a wonderful experience. Chef Alan lets you participate, prepare the dishes, or just watch if you are a little shy. And of course everyone ends with the best part, tasting the creations.
