We've zip lined before but never like this. They were long and fast and quite terrifying :) but we did it! Staff was very organized and professional and we always felt safe with the equipment being used and the expertise being demonstrated. Pictures taken were good; would have loved one taken that showed the length of the first "real" biplane...it's a doozy! Have had some problems communicating with the place regarding some pictures taken by their photographer that they said would be included in our package we purchased, but I'm still working on that. Loved the restaurant's view and was a great place to unwind and enjoy a beverage after our accomplishment.
Very safe and helpful staff. Food was very good at the restaurant.
This was by far the most fun and exhilarating thing we did. I am afraid of heights and didn’t think I could do it but they have a tram that takes you to the top. This is after they have explained your gear and it’s uses. I could never have walked to the top of the tram. Once off the tram you have a in-depth explanation on what to expect and how to stop. You start at the top of the mountain and zip line down via 6 or 7 platforms. Safety is their main concern and while perfecting how to stop, I was assisted by the guy on the platform to stop smoothly even when I came in a little hot. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

This two-part tour jumpstarts your morning with an adrenaline rush in a tropical rainforest canopy. To start your adventure, you’ll take a 20-minute gondola ride through the Arenal jungle. Then, you’ll climb to an observation deck in the treetops, where you’ll feel completely enveloped by the noisy, verdant rainforest.
This tour is a thorough exploration of the Arenal rainforest canopy. You’ll go for a walk over suspension bridges that offer peerless views of the jungle, and then go for a ride above the canopy in a cable car. Visitors should know that the hike is fairly strenuous, and involves steep ascents and descents, as well as climbing steps.
