First you’ll hike for an hour to reach the organic garden. While you’re here you’ll get to try some seasonal fruits, and your guide will give you an interesting talk on medicinal and edible plants that indigenous people have used for generations.
Next you’ll get to go to hike to the uppermost pools along the trail. On this stop you’ll get to swim and jump off cliffs into the water below.
Ready for some excitement? The highlight of the tour is a rappel down the face of the 1,200-foot (365 m) waterfall. This tour’s rappelling experience does not require any experience. You’ll feel refreshed by the mist from the cascade as you follow the waterfall’s trail.
After your rappelling experience you’ll get to take a break and have a freshly prepared vegetarian lunch.
From here you’ll hike to lower Diamante falls and the Casa de Piedra (or “House of Stone” in English). This an incredible cavern that you’ll find a curtain of the waterfall. On the way you’ll pass through cloud forest — a type of high humidity forest — as well as rainforest.
