This canyoning adventure is an exciting way to explore the waterfalls around Golfito.

Your tour begins with a hike down a mountainous path, where you’ll look for white-faced monkeys, spider monkeys, and colorful poisonous frogs. This path has rocky terrain and a river where you can wade.

Next you’ll don your equipment and begin rappelling down the face of the canyon’s waterfalls, which splash into clear pools below. You’ll weave between boulders and logs, and clamber over overhanging ledges. Your guide will instruct you on different rappelling techniques.
