The Agua Dulce Beach Resort

The Osa Peninsula has some of the most incredible, remote wilderness of anywhere in Costa Rica. Agua Dulce Resort is on the coast, just outside of the Corcovado National Park. Corcovado National Park is an ideal place to go trekking with a naturalist guide. You can find 13 different ecosystems within the park, and it is one of the most ecologically diverse places in the world. The town of Puerto Jiménez is 20 minutes north of the Agro Dulce Beach Resort. In Puerto Jiménez you can eat in a couple of restaurants, and visit the local stretch of beach.

This resort has a pristine pool, complete with a poolside bar. Continue your relaxation with a massage in your room, next to the pool, or on the beach. In the restaurant you can find a generous variety of Costa Rican comfort food, as well as international options. Breakfast is included in your stay.

You can book pleasant rooms and suites. All of the accommodations are air-conditioned, and are a short distance from both the pool and the beach. Rooms come with views of either the pool or the hotel gardens. In the private bathrooms you’ll find oversized showers that supply instantaneously hot water. Guests will also be able to access the hotel Wi-Fi.

For a more private beach experience, guests can elect to reserve a two-bedroom beachfront bungalow. Bungalows come with high ceilings and lovely views of the ocean. Each room comes with two double beds, for a total of four plush beds. Step out onto the covered patio for some fresh air. All of the bungalows are air-conditioned, and come with living rooms and equipped kitchens – guests will have access to a coffee maker and a refrigerator. These accommodations remain immaculate with daily housekeeping.
