The Pacific Paradise Resort is settled upon a private nature reserve just outside of the town of Quepos, part of Costa Rica’s Central Pacific region. Quickly becoming one of the country’s most popular destinations, Quepos is only minutes away from Manuel Antonio, an area that boasts an assortment of white-sand beaches and an incredible national park.

Although Quepos is often known for being the gateway to Manuel Antonio, it does have some attractive features of its own. The town itself offers a wide array of services, including shops, restaurants, bars and a healthy nightlife. What’s more, the nearby Pacific Ocean is known for being one of the country’s hottest sport fishing destinations; the best fishing is for marlin, most notably during the months between December and April. Horseback rides can also be enjoyed, as can trips to botanical gardens, white-water rafting, and even some spelunking excursions. The famous Manuel Antonio National Park is only 4.3 miles (7 km) away—full of hiking trails and wildlife, this park is not to be missed. The adjoining white-sand beach is equally attractive, providing visitors with an ideal spot to relax during the day.

The Pacific Paradise Resort takes great pride in ensuring that its guests have a pleasant and memorable stay. Set on a private 37-acre (15 hectare) nature reserve crisscrossed by hiking trails and primary forest, the location of this resort couldn’t get any better. From your own room, you may be able to spot monkeys, toucans and other critters playing in the trees—just think how much more you’ll see on the trails!

The resort itself is exquisitely designed to modern standards, and boasts a swimming pool, restaurant and bar. Tropical vegetation and an array of lounge chairs surround the pool, making it the perfect spot to relax in the sun with a book or a drink. The thatched-roof bar and restaurant – Claro de Luna – adjoins the swimming pool, and serves up a variety of tasty dining options. Private parties and other events can be held at the resort’s conference center, which can accommodate up to 300 people.

The rooms at Pacific Paradise Resort are chic, comfortable and clean. The floors are laid with tiles and the ceilings lined with wood panels. Each room includes air-conditioning, a private hot water bathroom, cable TV, terrace, and wireless internet. Additionally, masseuses are on hand to help you relax—they can even arrange an outdoor massage on your own balcony!

Pacific Paradise Resort can help schedule a number of tours, including white-water rafting, deep-sea fishing, ATV rides and more. The Quepos airport is only a 5-minute ride away.
