Casa Dolce Vita is privileged with a location that overlooks both the Manuel Antonio National Park and the beautiful Pacific Ocean. This four level, 3,900 sq ft house comes equipped with an open air living room, infinity edge swimming pool, and an absolutely unbeatable ocean view. It’s capable of sleeping up to ten people and is thus perfect for groups or families.
The house’s main room is impressive. Covered by a large vaulted ceiling but open along its sides, this room invites in a constant supply of ocean breezes. A long dining table (that seats eight people) extends itself along an upper level, offering up a fabulous vantage point of both the ocean and jungle. Just below this is the kitchen, which is stocked with all manner of modern appliances. Beyond this is a sitting area set with couches and chairs, providing guests with a perfect place to read, write, or relax.
Guests will enjoy lounging in the 25-foot infinity edge swimming pool. It has submerged tile lounges and looks out over the surf below. Several reclining chairs are set on a deck above the pool and provide an awesome place to sunbathe. Guests can clean their clothes inside using the house’s washer and dryer and stay connected with wireless internet.
A spiral staircase leads to the four bedrooms. The two master bedrooms come stocked with a king size bed and large private balcony. The adjoining private bathroom features a stone shower and Jacuzzi tub. After a long day spent on the beach or in the mountains, this is the best place to relax. The other two bedrooms have queen size beds and the same stunning ocean view. Their custom-designed bathrooms feature sinks made from glazed earthenware or large, hand-carved stones. All of the bedrooms are air conditioned.
Casa Dolce Vita is located in a gated community between the town of Quepos and the Manuel Antonio National Park. It’s a short distance from the white-sand beaches and vibrant tropical forests that have helped make this area famous.
