Casa Fantastica is located in one of the most exclusive areas of Manuel Antonio. The charming restaurants, bars, and white-sand beaches of Manuel Antonio are a leisurely stroll from the home. In addition to swimming and surfing on the beaches, this area’s coastline offers beautiful opportunities for nature tours. Many visitors leave from here to go on sport-fishing adventures, trying their luck to reel in marlin, snapper, and grouper. This is also one of the top destinations in Costa Rica for ocean kayaking and paddleboarding — active ways to take in the gorgeous Pacific coastline.

Most impressively, the house comes with its own 30-seat theater, with a large screen and a projector. Guests can keep the party going in the house’s game room, which is stocked with a regulation-sized pool table, air hockey, foosball, ping-pong, darts, and a flat screen TV. There’s also an on-site gym, and its equipment includes two stationary bikes, a treadmill, weights, and a universal machine. The gym’s large windows let in lots of pleasant natural light.

Casa Fantastica’s living room offers a pretty place to beat the tropical rain or heat. Ceiling fans keep things cool and the windows open to allow in ocean breezes. Sofas and chairs offer up a place to unwind. You’ll find a bar with seating for eight, a flat screen TV/DVD player, and an iPod stereo. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer an unbeatable view of the jungle.

Nearby, a granite dining table provides seating for up to twelve people. Two other tables, which can seat an additional twelve, are located beside the pool. The kitchen comes equipped with an oven, a six-burner stove, microwave, three sinks, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and wine cooler. If you want, you can arrange for a private chef to prepare two of your daily meals. The open design allows you to watch the chef as they prepare a gourmet meal.

There are two outdoor living rooms near the infinity edge swimming pool. The large pool looks out over Manuel Antonio National Park. You can enjoy the water from a row of upholstered lounge chairs rest in shallow water, while the 20-person Jacuzzi provides a wonderful place to unwind in the evening. Trees on the property attract monkeys, sloths, birds, and butterflies.

Casa Fantastica’s bedrooms are comfortable and come with a full complement of luxurious amenities. The three master suites have a panoramic view of the ocean, beach and jungle, as well as a king size bed, mini bar, dressing area, and large private balcony. The master baths have large, rain showers and Jacuzzi baths lined with turquoise and glass tiles.

The remaining bedrooms are on the lower level and look out over the jungle. Two of these bedrooms have a king size beds, while the remaining one has two twin beds and a daybed. There are a total of 10 bathrooms and three additional half bathrooms.

Casa Fantastica is available only for reservations starting on Saturdays with a minimum stay of 6 nights.
