Experience Highlights

Catamaran Tour
Snorkeling

We will navigate our way around the various islands and along the beautiful Pacific Coastline. Gliding along the blue waters in search of playful dolphins we will pass along jagged rock formations and towering cliffs that host numerous varieties of nesting marine birds. Snacks and refreshments are included in the trip.

After gliding along the coast and bays we will stop in a protected bay where the waters are calm and the reefs are healthy. Be sure to bring your bathing suit — you will have about 30 minutes to swim and snorkel at a popular dive site. Keep a look out for tropical fish and colorful coral while the crew prepares a delicious meal that includes local produce, tropical fruits, and fresh bocas — skewers of meat and fish. The tour also comes with a variety of refreshments.

Most visitors take this tour aboard the Tom Cat, which can take groups of up to 150. It has comfortable seating and provides a smooth ride. Typically you and your group will join a larger group for the tour.

Note: From May 1st to November 30th - for safety reasons - this tour is only operated in the morning because in the afternoon the rain could be very strong.

Amazing!

- JESSICA A, JAN 2020

This was originally booked on the same day as the surf lessons. We changed it to the next day- The surf lessons (and use of equipment and other boats -kayak, body boards) provided a full day at the beach.

The ocean off the coast of Manuel Antonio National Park is known for its reefs and calm waters that allow for easy snorkeling. Snorkelers that take the plunge here will get to see giant schools of tropical fish. Probably the most talked-about species is the bright, neon-colored parrotfish. These fish nibble on the reef and are an essential component of the reef’s ecosystem.
