IncludedThis tour early in the morning. You’ll have the best chance for seeing animals in the wild. This tour takes you on a safari float and a hike that crosses suspension bridges through the canopy.
On the canopy’s suspension bridges, you’ll get to see what’s really happening in the forest — the forest canopy is where the majority of the animals make their home. Take a moment here to breathe in the colors and sounds that make up this memorable landscape.
Next, you'll get in an inner tube to explore the Peñas Blancas River. As you float, you’ll hear the forest coming alive with the rustle of colorful feathers and monkeys jumping from branch to branch. Your guide will serve fruit snacks as you float.
Once you’ve worked up an appetite doing some exploring, you’ll stop for a homemade lunch with a Costa Rican family. Your hosts can tell you more about Costa Rican food and share some of their favorites with you. Tico fare is definitely on the hearty side, just what you need after an active day.
