Indulge in a day of relaxation and adventure at the Vandara Hot Springs & Spa. The Vandara Hot Springs are situated near the Rincón de la Vieja National Park on a nicely forested piece of property. This combination tour allows guests to enjoy many different activities, including a soak in the hot springs, horseback riding, a canopy your, waterslide adventure, and an organic farm tour.

This tour begins with a one-hour drive through the Guanacaste mountain range. During this portion, you’ll be privileged with excellent views of the dormant Miravalles Volcano. Although the volcano hasn’t experienced significant eruptions in some time, it continues to expel gas and geysers near its base— expulsions that are used by the government to produce geothermal energy.

This adventure combo at Rincon de La Vieja is an action packed full day expedition that features a guided visit to Hacienda Guachipeli­n Lodge, next to Rincon De La Vieja National Park. There are 4 main activities during this day of adventure canopy (zip line) tour and rapelling through the Rio Blanco Canyon and horseback riding expedition to nearby waterfalls, relax at a rustic spa featuring volcano heated thermal waters, steam and mud bath.
