Stand up paddle, o SUP, para abreviar, es una antigua forma hawaiana de surf que se ha convertido en un deporte global cada vez más popular. La actividad involucra una larga y ancha tabla de surf flotante que es suficientemente grande para pararse y maniobrar con un solo remo.
La aventura de tres horas incluye entrenamiento sobre cómo usar la tabla y lecciones de seguridad antes de remar hacia una isla. Su instructor experto se mantendrá observándolo y seguirá proporcionándole instrucciones durante todo el recorrido. Usted tendrá tiempo para relajarse en la playa, darse un baño o disfrutar de un poco de snorkel en su tiempo libre.
What to Bring
Hat, bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses (with straps), water shoes, and waterproof camera.

Rules
A minimum of 2 people are required to operate the activity. A minimum of 6 people are required from hotels located in Nosara and Punta Islita ( Applies for 2025) Children under 10 years old are not allowed. The maximum weight is 260 Lbs.
